World No 1 Mostafa Asal claimed his second consecutive title at the CIB Palm Hills PSA World Championships 2025–2026 after defeating fellow Egyptian Youssef Ibrahim in straight games in the final. Asal secured the championship with a 3-0 victory over the world No 7, capping off a tournament run that included a semi-final win over Peru’s Diego Elías, currently ranked world No 3. Ibrahim reached the final after overcoming Egypt’s Karim Abdel Gawad, the world No 4, in the semi-finals. The result further extends Egypt’s dominance of the professional squash circuit, with Egyptian players occupying every place in both the men’s and women’s finals at this year’s championships.
