Kaylia Nemour Claims Double Gold in World Gymnastics Championship

Algerian gymnast Kaylia Nemour claimed two gold medals at the 2026 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, winning the uneven bars final with 15.333 points before adding the balance beam title with 14.566.

She edged China’s Zhang Qingying for beam gold on an execution-score tiebreak after both gymnasts recorded the same total, securing her first world title on the apparatus.

The double triumph capped a strong response after Nemour narrowly missed the all-around podium, finishing fourth following a costly vault error.
